Newport Beach B and B is a bed and breakfast property offering great views of Newport Beach. The house sleeps up to seven guests in four rooms and comes with pay television and all the modern conveniences you would expect. Two ocean view doubles and a single open to a sitting room and bathroom while there is a larger garden view double room for a couple with an en suite. A continental breakfast is provided on the deck with a view to New Zealand. Laundry facilities are available. Sorry, but no cooking facilities are available for guests. The house has over 50 steps to the white front door and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. Stay includes free WiFi and continental breakfast on the patio. Newport provides easy access to surf beaches, bushwalking, sailing, great restaurants, pubs and clubs, cinemas and sporting facilities. The famous Newport Hotel with its great beer garden is nearby while Palm Beach (home of Home and Away) is only 15 minutes away by car. Newport is about an hour's drive to or from the city and is well served by frequent express and limited stop government buses. Driveway and street parking is available.
