Seeing cane harvested for the first time is always a popular experience and the history of sugar is very interesting. There are a number of attractions around the town that they are always glad to show visitors. This is not a formal "do it by the clock" set of tours, if you want to stop to photograph anything of interest or have a look at something and perhaps spend extra time swimming, that is fine with them.
