Deluxe Cafe Moree was established in 2008 - the original Deluxe Cafe and Milk bar was a traditional Greek style cafe operating in Balo Street Moree from the mid 1940s until 1970s. The original cafe was located where the ladies section of the Assef's clothing store now stands it was owned and operated by Manuel and Gipsy Poulos, parents and parents in law of the current owners the mobile Deluxe Café, Bill and Cindy Poulos. Deluxe Café Moree – the mobile version – is open Monday to Friday between 6am and 1pm at the corner of Warialda and Alice Streets. Their free in-town delivery service is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 6am and 1pm
