Bedroom 4 also doubles as a TV room with couch, flat screen plasma Tv, playstation 2 and PS2 games. Lounge has flat screen led/lcd tv with Foxtel [Movies & Sport], DVD player, dvd's and stereo system. Dining area has 8 person table and chairs and separate lounge area with a fantastic view of the sea and hills. Reverse cycle airconditioner in the lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven and hotplates, coffee machine and all the cooking appliances needed. Bathroom has shower and toilet - no bath, and additional separate toilet with vanity room. Washing machine in laundry area. Pet friendly, fully fenced yard. Linen - bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels can be provided at an extra cost of $10 per person to cover cleaning etc.
