Consisting of three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, separate toilet, the house has laminate floorboards throughout. The open plan kitchen/living room opens onto a large north facing covered deck which offers great views to the hills and sea. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a filtered water tap. The main bedroom has sliding doors to the deck and views to the willow trees and lake/billabong. All bedrooms have stainless steel ceiling fans. The house also has reverse cycle air conditioning. Slimline roller blinds and timber flooring give the house a contemporary feel. Facilities include a 40 inch high definition LED LCD flat screen television, DVD with home theatre, Foxtel, comfortable lounge with a chaise, solar electricity and a fan and gas barbecue on the large outdoor entertaining area. The lake is a haven for bird life so bring your binoculars. Rate varies depending of time of year.
